This is perfect in that he is now open only the second Saturdays of the month, which this date works for us. This is Gene Joyner’s Tropical Rainforest Garden, which he started in 1970. It is a 501 (C) 3
organization. He is not doing tours, but we can wander through the garden on our own. There are over 300 plants and they are labeled. The cost is $10.00, cash or check only. Hours are 1:00 – 5:00. He said 1:00 is the busiest time and suggested we come around 3:00.
